These terms apply to the Achron website and the content, tools, and downloads it makes available. Separate terms may apply to specific paid products at the point of purchase.
Free downloads & products
Some tools are offered as free downloads; others open to a waitlist before becoming available. Free materials are provided as-is, for your own use, without warranty. Unless a specific licence accompanies a download, you may use it for your own personal or internal business purposes but may not resell or redistribute it as your own.
No warranty
The site and any free materials are provided without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee the site is error-free or continuously available.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Dutch law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or its free materials. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law, including liability for intent or deliberate recklessness.

Governing law
Dutch law applies to these terms and to your use of the site, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and to the extent mandatory consumer-protection provisions do not require otherwise. Disputes fall to the competent court in the Netherlands.
