An installable operating-discipline layer for Claude Code — skills, atomic chapters, templates, and a profile that calibrates the agent to you.

Claude Code out of the box is brilliant but undisciplined: it forgets context between sessions, guesses when it should ask, never pushes back on a weak plan, and gets sloppy late in a long session. Achron Spine is the operating manual it was missing — an installable discipline layer that calibrates the agent to you so your workflow stops leaking quality across sessions.
What's inside
- 23
op-*skills that act as routers — when a task matches, the skill points Claude at the one discipline chapter it needs, never the whole folder. Every session starts lean; heavy content loads on demand. - 85 atomic chapters covering the substance: the build workflow, prompting, proactive signaling, recovery, anti-patterns, tools, and more — one concept per file, sized to the concept.
- A profile (
/onboard) that makes the same product behave differently per user — patient and jargon-free for a first-timer, blunt and fast for a senior engineer. - Project templates + an opt-in "bucket loop" that grows a personal library from your real moments — so it gets better the longer you use it.
How it works
One command installs it into ~/.claude/. Run /onboard once to write your
profile, then /prep to plan, build, and /done to write back — discipline
loads on demand throughout, filtered by your profile. No accounts, no telemetry,
no subscription; it works fully offline and git pull is the only update.
Why it's different
It's a router, not a dump — the opposite of a bloated CLAUDE.md that pollutes
every session. It's an operating discipline, not a copy-paste prompt list, and
it's personal and evolving in a way a static pack can't be. Local, private, and
yours: upgrades never touch your customizations.
