## What's inside

- **23 `op-*` skills** that act as routers — when a task matches, the skill
  points Claude at the one discipline chapter it needs, never the whole folder.
  Every session starts lean; heavy content loads on demand.
- **85 atomic chapters** covering the substance: the build workflow, prompting,

## How it works

One command installs it into `~/.claude/`. Run `/onboard` once to write your
profile, then `/prep` to plan, build, and `/done` to write back — discipline
loads on demand throughout, filtered by your profile. No accounts, no telemetry,
no subscription; it works fully offline and `git pull` is the only update.

## Why it's different

It's a *router, not a dump* — the opposite of a bloated `CLAUDE.md` that pollutes
