# About — Achron

> I'm Tim Gelhard — I run Achron as a one-person studio: I design it, build it, and ship it myself.

Most of my time goes to two things: building tools I can release in the open, and building real websites and product work for people who need something shipped rather than just designed. The thread between them is the same — get a working thing in front of someone, then make it better.

The other half of the work is figuring out how to make AI coding agents behave like dependable teammates: the discipline that keeps them on-scope, honest about what they actually verified, and cheap to pick back up. That's what the spine is, and a lot of what ends up on the YouTube channel.
